The burial of the late Ogoma Lilian Kelechukwu, beloved sister of Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor “De-Ultimate Commander”, was not only a solemn occasion of mourning but also a remarkable demonstration of love, unity, compassion, and exemplary leadership.
